Achva West

Achva West is a truly fabulous program for boys and girls finishing the 9th grade that takes advantage of all the great sites and attractions all over the Western United States.

From exciting theme parks to majestic mountains and from Las Vegas to Yellowstone National Park, this tour does so much in six weeks you will not believe it. What's so amazing about Achva West? With Shabbat to relax and refresh, every day features something new to see and fun to do. If your friends are not already going on this trip, then don't worry because you will make new friends real fast. Achva West is a great way to meet new people from different places and make friendships that last a lifetime.

Three meals a day of catered strictly kosher food are provided throughout your trip, and lodging is provided at hotels and an occasional motel along the way. Travel is aboard air-conditioned coach buses.

The tour also includes topical Torah learning sessions, an occasional guest speaker and, of course, a lively Shabbat at the end of each exciting week. The tour is supervised by our senior staff, talented counselors, catering and technical staff as well as a rabbinic advisor who will all work incredibly hard to give you the best summer possible. Achva West is just a great way to spend your summer.

Dates and prices for 2011 coming soon! (2010 Info: July 5 to Aug. 12, 2010 - $6,850)

Price includes room, board, all sites and attractions, round-trip airfare from New York and basically everything except spending money. Those living outside of New York may fly directly to Denver and back from L.A. and will receive an air travel credit. Dates and prices are subject to change based on flight, hotel availability and unexpected surcharges especially by the airlines.
